Als Weinstube gegründet im Jahr 1950 erscheint das rund 300 Jahre alte Bauernhaus in einem zeitlosen und stets einladendem Charme. Inhaber Jörg Calvis führt das Haus nun bereits in zweiter Generation seit 25 Jahren und sagt:
"Zum 75 jährigem bestehen dieser Badenweiler Institution zeigen wir mit unserem neuen Speisenkonzept "den Winzerstuben Versucherle" all die Freude an der regionaler Küche auf eine frische und für unsere Gäste verbindende Weise"
Im Herzen Badenweilers entstand 1950 mit den Winzerstuben ein Kleinod der Gastronomie. Seit 1978 in Familienbesitz der Familie Calvis und mit Jörg Calvis nun bereits in zweiter Generation. Der Gastronom und Koch zeigt seit 25 Jahren seinen Respekt für saisonale Regionalität und frische Produkte. Doch sein Herz schlägt für den Inbegriff von dem was Gastronomie für ihn bedeutet:
